Having worked in traditional asset management for 15 years with 4 different investment companies, primarily in New York, Rich understands the importance of feeling confident about the decisions you are making in where you invest your hard earned capital. The bulk of his experience is in the Separately Managed Account and Mutual Fund verticals.

During his time consulting in the traditional and alternative investment markets, he found a love for owning real estate directly as an asset class and the role it plays in building lasting wealth.

Rich grew up in Sandy, UT and graduated with a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Utah. During his professional career he lived predominantly in Tennessee and New York. He now resides in Idaho Falls, ID with his wife Natalie and three sons: Makai, Madsen and Miller.
